After checkout, you will complete a guided onboarding form that captures everything needed to build your site, including:

Your site is built from this information and refined during your first seven days to ensure it reflects your practice.
Your site is further refined with you during your 30-day customization window so it fully aligns with your brand, voice, and clinical focus.

Step 1: Instant Access to Your Minisite Dashboard
Immediately after subscribing, you will receive access to your private Minisite dashboard. This is where everything happens.
Step 2: Complete Two Guided Onboarding Forms
- Practice Information Form to collect details about your business, services, populations served, telehealth offerings, and professional credentials
- Customization Form that walks you section by section through your FMHCA-approved quick launch template so you can request specific changes to wording, layout, emphasis, and tone
These forms are designed to replace meetings while still giving you a truly custom website.
Step 3: Help Is Always Available
If you have questions or need help at any point, you can submit a support ticket directly through your Minisite dashboard and communicate with me one-on-one.
Step 4: Optional Consultation (If You Want It)
After submitting your onboarding forms, you will have the option to schedule a consultation call with me. This is optional and only needed if you want to talk through anything in more detail.
Step 5: Your Website Is Built for You
Once your onboarding forms are complete, I will build your FMHCA quick launch template using the information you provided. Most sites are completed in as little as one week.
Our websites follow best practices for security, privacy, and professionalism. While websites themselves are not HIPAA-covered entities, your site is designed to support HIPAA-aware workflows and informed consent practices.
Step 6: 30-Day Customization Window
After your site is delivered, you will have 30 days to request additional customization to your selected 3, 5, or 7 pages. This allows us to fully refine your site so it feels 100 percent aligned with your brand and practice.
Step 7: Ongoing Control and Support
After the 30-day customization window:
- You may continue making edits yourself using the intuitive drag-and-drop editor
- You will always have access to support through your dashboard
- You may optionally add the $50 per month design support package, which includes two hours of professional web design support each month

Do I need to meet with you before my site is built?
No. Your onboarding form provides everything needed to build your website. But, after your onboarding forms are complete you can schedule a meeting with Ben if you need.
Can I make changes myself?
Yes. Your site includes an easy-to-use editor if you choose to manage updates on your own. Make edits confidently knowing support is always available.
What if I need changes after launch?
You may edit your site yourself or add the optional monthly design support upgrade.
How quickly will my site be live?
Most sites are completed shortly after onboarding is submitted.
Is this exclusive to FMHCA members?

Can I add more pages?
Yes, of course! You can have up to 1,000 pages on your site. You can either add them on your own, upgrade to have your web designer build the additional pages included in your upgraded subscription or add the $50/month support package to get 2 hours of pro design time every month to put towards your page additions.
